WHAT’S NEXT?

As you know, I need to find another place to live by the end of December, and I have not been trying too hard to find anything…which is very interesting. Everything is very expensive in Ajijic; prices are going up and up. I am getting quite uncertain about what to do.

I have made a shortlist of different cities in Mexico where I thought I could live, and I have put a message on Facebook inviting dialogue. I have received some wonderful responses. So next week I will visit Morelia, which is about 3 and half hours south of Guadalajara. The city is large, with four Universities. In 1991, Morelia was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site; it’s a wonderful, old colonial city. I had a great offer from a special lady who lives in both Chicago and Morelia, to live in her hotel in the old beautiful part of the city and we will both work on my Wise Women concept. Rose has become a friend very quickly.

I must admit I am very excited and feel I am on a new adventure. I thought my adventures were over because of my age, but have come to the conclusion that thought was just silly.
