Next Adventure!!

“Dream with a Deadline.

Turn your dream into a vision, then into a goal, then into a plan and then into reality! After all, a goal is nothing more than a ‘dream with a deadline’.”

I have spent the last 6 weeks back in Toronto with my adopted family, seeing family and friends, catching up on the Federal Election, city news, doctors’ appointments, and doing paperwork, so I can travel again.

I must admit this travel bug isn’t out of my system yet, so as I said, Columbia, South America, is first stop and I will just play tourist. Then, 2 days of travel to get to Sarajevo, where I will join the BK’s from Croatia to do a program together. Next stop, Cambridge, to hopefully find a place to hang my hat in 2016. Then to, Kuwait for a few days. After that, I’m off to India for 2 weeks in Mt. Abu, which is the headquarters for the Brahma Kumaris, joining people from all over the world to celebrate Dadi Janki’s 100th Birthday. While I’m there I’ll be enjoying the surroundings and meditation programs, plus reconnecting with friends at the hospital and local community. Southern India, with palm trees, the Indian Ocean, great food, and lots of space, is the next stop, where I will travel with buddies for 2 week. My last stop is Bali for one month, how it will all unfold, I have no idea. Oh, I forgot Dubai, which is always exciting, plus I will see a young woman, who is working there, I met in Toronto a number of years ago. The last time we met she came to my book launch in New Delhi, India.

I must admit, I am concerned about Canada, the economy, with the house prices in Toronto and Vancouver being out of reach for everyone, but the rich! The decrease of the middle class, the state of the roads and transportation services, and young people are having very rough time finding jobs to match their education and training they have received! Plus the decrease in mental health services, which means more funding, the need is still there, and growing, big time. Hopefully I am wrong and picture is brighter than I am saying!

So on to my LEAST favourite job, PACKING!
