A VERY SPECIAL  SPIRITICAL HUMAN BEING!

I was very saddened today upon hearing about Brother Nirwair leaving his body in India.

I first met this gentleman 40 years ago on my first trip to the Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual University. He was a very fine gentleman in every sense of the word: gracious and a beautiful human being. as I have said before, this organization is run by woman, much ahead of its time. Brother Nirwair held one of the most senior positions in the organization as Secretary General, and was so supportive in every way to the senior women. As many of you know, Dadi Janki was my mentor for all of those years before she passed at 104 years of age.

Every year I went to Mt Abu, Br Nirwair would invite me for lunch. Most of the time I would be the only woman at the table. I always looked forward to seeing him and sharing my life with him; he always showed sincere interest.

Doctor Pratap, who is the head doctor at the hospital in Mt Abu, and Br Nirwair were best friends. I would enjoy watching the wonderful playful times these gentleman had together when I volunteered at the hospital.

The last time I saw him was three years ago. He wasn’t well and I went to visit him in this room. As always, he was kind, gracious—the epitome of good taste in every sense of the word. His love of God was unshakable. I used to think, he could be a role model to every man in the world.

BROTHER NIRWAIR, MAY YOU REST IN PEACE .
